Description:
The Independence Day was celebrated with joy and waves of patriotism which each could feel. The day started with the hoisting of the Indian tri-colour followed by a speech by the Hon’ble Principal Sir. After the assembly the students got involved in various activities and competitions such as painting, Essay writing, English speech, Hindi speech, inter-house patriotic song competition and Fancy Dress competition.
The day reminded each one that independence is not a priviledge, but a responsibility. Adding feather to the cap, the central Bank of India awarded teachers and students for their exemplary performance in academics as well as co-curricular activities.
