A seminar on “Adolescence: The Journey and It’s Challenges” was conducted for girl students of Std. 9 and 10. Dr. Surbhi an alumnus of St. Karen’s Secondary School presently working at Govind Ballabh Pant, New Delhi was the resource person. Some of the key topics dealt in the seminar were-

3) Changes in adolescence age
4) The consequences of adolescent sexuality and pregnancy
5) Range of Choices
6) Provision of information and targets
The seminar was quite informative and helped the students become aware of the adolescent age challenges. Through this seminar students learnt various ways to lead a healthy and hygienic lifestyle
