On 3rd February, 2024, St Karen’s Secondary School Patna bid a fond farewell to the outgoing class XII batch of 2023-24 with great fervour and gusto. The event promised to be an unforgettable evening that encapsulated the essence of the students’ academic journey.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome by the anchor, followed by the dignitaries lighting the lamp—a symbolic gesture marking the illumination of knowledge and wisdom. The School Song and a captivating Welcome Dance set the tone for an evening of joy and reminiscence.
Our esteemed Principal Mam shared words of wisdom, followed by the acknowledgment of academic excellence with awards for Stream Topper and Subject Toppers. A touch of fun is introduced with interactive games and special awards, adding a light-hearted spirit to the occasion.
Ms. Shefali Srivastava, Supervisor of Schools, conveyed her message, offering insights into the students’ journey. The rising stars were felicitated, emphasizing the school’s commitment to nurturing talent and potential.
Student reflections provided a personal touch to the farewell, giving a platform for shared memories and sentiments. Class teachers of Sections A, C, G, and E were appreciated, while a Motivational Dance added an energetic vibe to the proceedings.
More fun games and acknowledgments followed for Sections B, D, and F, leading to a lively Fun Dance performance. The crowning moments of Mr. & Miss Karenite and Mr. & Miss Stars of the Day brought glamour and recognition to outstanding personalities.
The Director's Message and the Farewell Song, “Kabi Alvida na Kehna,” evoked a mix of emotions as students prepared to embark on new journeys. The Handing over of the Office of the Head Boy and a touching Farewell Poetry, “Dil Ki Awaz,” made the farewell deeply personal.
